Telephones Are Available In All Bridgton Hospital Rooms

All Bridgton Hospital patient rooms have telephones, for the convenience of our guests. Here’s a guide to making and receiving calls:

Placing Calls: You may call out of the hospital at anytime.

Local Calls: There is no charge for local calls. Simply dial "9", followed by the seven digit number.

Long Distance Calls: Long distance calls cannot be charged to your room. To place a collect call or third-party billing call, dial "80" to speak with a billing operator.

Directory Assistance
: For information within Maine or long distance information, dial 9-411.

Toll Free Numbers: Dial 9-1-800-number.

Receiving Calls
: Your room cannot be dialed directly from outside the hospital. Anyone wishing to talk to you by phone must call the switchboard at 207-647-6000. The operators will ring the phone in your room.
