On our professional staff we have board certified General Surgeons who provide care to adults and children in a variety of ways. In addition to the more "routine" surgical procedures they also offer advanced Laparoscopic procedures such as hernia repair and colon resection. Our physicians also include Endoscopists, who do diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and gastroscopy, and board certifed OB/GYN surgeons who provide round-the-clock coverage and do advanced procedures such as Endometrial Ablations and Laparoscopic Hysterectomies. Bridgton Hospital is also fortunate enough to offer Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry and Ear, Nose and Throat procedures. Most of the surgical procedures at Bridgton Hospital are done on a day surgery basis with competent, caring and compassionate caregivers, all true professionals.
