A no cost service for women 40 and older if:
- You have no insurance, or
- Your insurance does not cover mammograms or Pap tests
or you have a high deductible, and
- You meet set income limits
The MBCHP pays for:
- Mammograms (breast x-ray)
- Breast Exams
- Pap Tests
- Pelvic Exams (internal exams)
- Limited Diagnostic or Follow-up Services
