A "Gift from the Heart" is Bridgton Hospital's honor
and memorial program. This program, a long-time tradition,
has become a popular way throughout the year to remember and
honor our loved ones. Your gift becomes a special tribute
that brings the precious gift of health to family, friends
and neighbors.
Your gift can be in memory of a loved one. Or it can be to
honor someone special in your life. It could wish someone
a speedy recovery, welcome a new baby, offer congratulations
or simply say 'thank you' -- perhaps to a caregiver at the
hospital! The reason for making a donation to 'A Gift from
the Heart' is entirely up to you - that is why our program
is so popular throughout the year. We have even done e-mail
greeting cards to honorees announcing a gift to Bridgton Hospital
in their name.
When you complete the 'How to Make a Gift' form online we
will acknowledge your 'Gift from the Heart' to the family,
if your gift is a memorial, or to the honoree in whose name
the gift is made. Our special and distinctive announcement
card will be sent to them informing them that you have made
a gift of health to Bridgton Hospital.
