We invite you to call our "Share Your Care Story…Now!" telephone line at any time to share your patient story experience. Whether good or bad, complaint or compliment, we invite you to tell us in your own voice about your experience at any Bridgton Hospital service or community site. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. It's important for us to know how we are doing!
How does it work?
It's simple. Dial the toll-free, 24-hour phone line at 1-855-CARENOW (1-855-227-3609) and leave your message when prompted.
Who will listen?
Your message will be listened to by the hospital's Leadership Team and staff from the area in which you received services.
Will the message be anonymous?
This service is as anonymous as you would like it to be. If you wish to leave your name, you may do so, but it is not required. Your message will be recorded and saved in our Administration office for internal use.
Is there an option to re-record?
Yes! If you are unhappy with your message, feel as though you missed something, or your story wasn't quite the way you wanted, no problem! You'll have the opportunity to listen and re-record until it's exactly what you'd like others to hear.
Will my story get cut off?
Right now our time limit is set at five minutes. If you are cut off, please feel free to call back and continue your story.
